hivein for Salesforce

Ask your org questions and get answers from SOQL, SOSL and the standard objects, no report builder needed.

hivein connects with OAuth 2.0 through login.salesforce.com and then calls the REST API on your org's My Domain instance, holding the api, refresh_token and offline_access scopes.

What it does

Your Salesforce, as actions the copilot can take.

Answer with SOQL you did not have to write

Arbitrary read-only SOQL is a first-class action, so aggregates like SUM(Amount) over open Opportunities and relationship fields like Account.Name from a Case come back in one query rather than several round trips.

Run the pipeline

List, read, create and update Opportunity records including StageName, Amount, CloseDate and owner. Filtering by stage and close date answers most forecast questions without anyone building a report first.

Take a lead through to conversion

Create and update Leads, then call the standard leadConvert action, which returns the resulting accountId, contactId and opportunityId. The converted status you pass has to be one your org actually marks as converted.

Keep accounts, contacts, cases and tasks moving

Search Accounts by name, filter Contacts by account or any field, open or update a Case with its status, priority and owner, and log follow-up Tasks against a contact, lead, account, opportunity or case. Case and Task edits are writes and are confirmed before they land.

Work with your org's real schema

Object description returns every field on an sObject with its type, picklist values, reference targets and child relationships, so custom __c objects behave as configured rather than as guessed. SOSL covers the case where you do not yet know which object holds the match.

What it knows

It reads your Salesforce data model, not a generic one.

The schema is read first, so a question that spans two of these is one question, not two lookups.

Ask it on day one
  • “What is the total open pipeline by stage for this quarter”

  • “Which leads created this month are still sitting in an open status”

  • “Show me accounts with a case open longer than a week and who owns them”

  • “Log a follow-up task on this opportunity for Friday morning”

Guardrails

Writes to Salesforce wait for you.

The same three guardrails hold on every template. They are attached to the action itself, so they hold on every path. Watch the replay →

  1. 01

    The plan is held

A plan that writes to a real system stops before it starts. You see the goal, the risk and every step, then confirm or reject.

  2. 02

    Each write asks first

A tool marked ask-first shows the exact call with its values. Confirm it, edit the values, or reject it. Nothing runs until you decide.

  3. 03

    A rejection is an instruction

Pick a reason and add a line. The copilot re-plans with what you told it instead of guessing.

FAQ

Salesforce questions.

Does it work with custom objects and custom fields?

Yes. hivein can describe any sObject, including __c custom objects, and read back the real field names, types and picklist values before it queries. Queries against those fields then run through the same SOQL action as the standard ones.

Which Salesforce edition do I need?

One with REST API access enabled, which in practice means Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance or Developer. Professional Edition needs the API access add-on from Salesforce before any external integration can connect.

Can it change records, or only read them?

It can create and update Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Cases and Tasks, and convert a Lead. All of those are writes, so hivein shows the object, the fields and the values it intends to send and waits for your confirmation.
