What it does

Your WooCommerce, as actions the copilot can take.

Triage the order queue

Filter orders by status such as processing, on-hold or pending payment, read their line items, totals and shipping details, and add an order note for the fulfilment team.

Check stock down to the variation

Read products and their variations with stock quantity, stock status, backorder setting and price, so a size or colour that has quietly run out is easy to find.

Follow refunds back to their orders

List refunds against an order with amount, reason and line items, and total what has been refunded over a period.

Measure coupon use

Read coupons with their discount type, usage count, usage limit and expiry date, and pull the sales report over a date range for the discount total it carries.

Look at a customer's history

Read customer records with order count, total spent and billing and shipping addresses, then pull that customer's orders to see what they actually bought.

What it knows

It reads your WooCommerce data model, not a generic one.

The schema is read first, so a question that spans two of these is one question, not two lookups.

Ask it on day one
  • “Which orders have been stuck in processing for more than five days?”

  • “Which product variations are out of stock but still have backorders allowed?”

  • “How much did the SUMMER20 coupon discount last month, and on how many orders?”

  • “Show me customers who ordered twice in the last year and nothing since”

Guardrails

Writes to WooCommerce wait for you.

The same three guardrails hold on every template. They are attached to the action itself, so they hold on every path. Watch the replay →

  1. 01

    The plan is held

A plan that writes to a real system stops before it starts. You see the goal, the risk and every step, then confirm or reject.

  2. 02

    Each write asks first

A tool marked ask-first shows the exact call with its values. Confirm it, edit the values, or reject it. Nothing runs until you decide.

  3. 03

    A rejection is an instruction

Pick a reason and add a line. The copilot re-plans with what you told it instead of guessing.

FAQ

WooCommerce questions.

Do the store keys cover blog content too?

No. A consumer key and secret authenticate the wc/v3 endpoints only. Posts, pages and media live behind the WordPress REST API and need a separate application password on the same install.

Can it be read-only?

Yes. WooCommerce keys are generated with read, write or read/write permission in the advanced settings. A read key answers the reporting questions on this page and cannot change an order.

Which WooCommerce versions are supported?

The integration targets REST API v3, which has been the current version since WooCommerce 3.5, on a store served over HTTPS. Legacy v1 and v2 endpoints are not supported.
